Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap TaliScan, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. Apple's standard refund policies apply.

The product I scanned isn't in your database. What now?

If TaliScan doesn't recognize a barcode, you'll see an option to photograph the product label. Submit it and we'll research and add the product. We prioritize based on scan volume, so popular products get added faster.

I think a product's information is wrong. How do I report it?

Use the flag icon on the product detail page in the app, or email us at support@taliscan.com with the product name and barcode. We review and correct data issues promptly.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly from the app in Settings. Alternatively, email support@taliscan.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. Remember to cancel your Apple subscription separately before deleting your account.
